987 Uptown Block Families is a primarily, though not exclusively, African-American street gang founded in East Los Santos, San Andreas. The gang is notorious for its brutal killings and the mass trafficking of firearms and narcotics throughout their controlled areas. The gang was widely known for its rivalries with Crips and Bloodz gangs before their untimely demise. They are identified by the purple color worn by their members and by particular gang symbols, including distinctive hand signs and tattoos.

Despite it's critical takedown led by Detective Michael Westbrook in 2011, which involved the imprisoning of multiple 987 Uptown Block Families members, the gang remains the oldest criminal organization in Los Santos to date. The gang has went through many power shifts throughout its tenure after the disappearances of many of its founders, including Luxian Bardson and Tyrone Martinez. It is believed that Tyson Barnetta now sits at the helm of the organization and maintains a strong grasp upon his position of power with several key members residing in his regime.
There was a kid from East Los Santos named Azekel Washington . He was in a state of silence , because he was waiting for a friend who wanted to come to Los Santos . His name is Robert Ramirez . Not long after , her friend called to ask Azekel Washington Market station pick . Azekel Washington had reached the station , then Azekel Washington and Mason Lincoln went to a place .

They both have found a place , namely in the pigpen near East Los Santos . Barnetta Azekel  told about the problem which is in the region . Azekel had his long stay . Azekel invited Robert to come back again as it once was , that is, as a great kid , or call the gang . Robert after hearing that he felt like want to come , he forgot to keep his friend , that his friend was in Los Santos are working . Named Talton Washington . Robert invite them to join . Not long after they had become a good friend and being an organization called Uptown Block Families .

   987= A special murder committed by a Uptown Block member, pretty much like a hit but Uptown Block Style.
   9= A shootout against a rival set, such as Let's do a 9 on so and so set.
   8= A drive-by against a rival set.
   7= A brawl against a Rival set.
   The main gang sign is the formation of two fingers on your lip like you're smoking a joint, and your thumb and finger next to your thumb pinching together like you're pinching something such as salt.
   Another famous gang sign is again holding your finger to your lip and blowing like you're blowing smoke while snapping your fingers.
   The final gang sign is having your left hand in a fist and your right hand in a smoking sign while clenching your teeth.

1.   You automatically accept a CK when joining the faction including ragged members and outsiders, or if you decide to leave.

2.   You also accept to a CK/PK if necessary.

3.   Follow the Roleplay at all times, Follow the Server Rules at all times.

4.   No /b unless an admin is dealing with a situation and you and them are talking in /b ,PM the person if it's not that important.

5.   Treat everyone with respect.

6.   Be Creative with your RP.

7.   Don't come up to us asking to join the faction.

8.   Roleplay Realistically at all times, Outsiders will have a week trial period, outsiders can stay with the set after the week if they show excellent RP and follow all of our faction rules.

9.   Outsiders can be CKed for breaking our faction rules or faction hopping during the trial period, outsiders can also be CKed for giving our set a bad name, or defacing it in any way.
